Returns

Return Period

Aupostrophe has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. New items must be unworn or unused. All items must be returned with original packaging (and tags, if applicable). Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

 

Starting A Return

To start a return, contact us at hello@aupostrophe.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you’d prefer, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your refund.

Damages And Issues 

We take great care in inspecting and packaging each piece before it leaves the studio. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

For vintage items, normal signs of age and gentle wear are part of their character and are noted in product descriptions and photos; these are not considered defects. If your item arrives with damage beyond what was disclosed, or if we’ve made an error with your order, we will gladly arrange a refund.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

For hygiene and preservation, earrings may be returned within our standard return window provided they are unworn (if new) and returned in original condition and packaging. All returned earrings will be professionally sanitized before being restocked.

Vintage belts and bags may be returned within the return window provided they are in the same condition as sold and show no additional signs of wear or damage after purchase. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges

We’re happy to help with exchanges. To ensure availability, we recommend placing a new order for the item you’d like. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund your original purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear, as processing times vary by bank and card provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@aupostrophe.com.
